Membership Share Value

The aircraft is currently valued at $60,280. With the addition of the treasury balance, a current 1/8 membership share is worth $8,077.00. Each member is free to sell his share for whatever he would like. However, the reality is that there is no reason to sell it for more, or less, than the stated share price.

Dues and Operating Costs

The club dues are $95/mo. per member and covers the insurance, T-hangar, personal property tax, GPS database update, and a fund for future aircraft improvements (Paint, avionics, etc). The hourly rate for using the plane is $66/tach hr (wet). The hourly rate covers gas, oil, normal maintenance, annual, $10 for engine overhaul, and any other club expenses. When there is a shortage of funds, the members share the shortage equally.

Insurance

There is a $1 million liability/full hull coverage insurance policy which names each member individually. There is a $200.00 deductible for both non-moving incidents and in motion accidents.
